Columbia Tech Center, LLC
Columbia Tech Center is being developed and managed by PacTrust, a commercial real estate owner and developer headquartered in Portland, Oregon. With over 35 years of proven success in commercial real estate, PacTrust is in the unique position of having a team that is dedicated to site selection, design, construction, leasing and property management of its interests.
PacTrust’s partner in Columbia Tech Center is Jeff Gordon of CTC Investments, LLC. Jeff works out of Columbia Tech Center’s on-site leasing office and is instrumental in the entitlement, master planning and permitting of the project and its continuing expansion and development.
