Jeff Gordon

A California native, Jeff Gordon graduated cum laude from UCLA with a BA in History and a specialization in Real Estate Economics. Gordon’s 30-year real estate career includes stints with Watt Industries, Marcus & Millichap, American Diversified Capital Corporation and Delta Capital Group before leaving his home state.

In early 1991, Gordon was engaged by Huntington Beach, CA-based hospital equipment manufacturer Pedigo Products to handle construction of a new 90,000 sf corporate office and manufacturing facility in Vancouver, WA, and shortly thereafter he relocated his family to Battle Ground, WA. In 1993, Gordon formed IDM to pursue development opportunities with the goal of building a portfolio of high quality investment properties for long term ownership.

Gordon is active in local charities and non-profits with a focus on Christian education and healthcare, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Legacy Health Systems in Portland, OR. Gordon spends his free time with wife Lisa, son Tyler and daughter Paige.
